  • Both the PX Basic and PX Plus plans are designed to be short-term, high-impact research projects. Each plan can be delivered within two months (from the survey opening to your report being shared with you), but we are happy to work at your pace and within any time constraints you may have.

  • This is a highly focused piece of work, aimed at anyone in your organisation (regardless of gender) who is, or is a partner to someone who is, trying for a baby, pregnant, or in the five years following pregnancy.

  • Yes. This is a critical factor in the PX process and applies to both plans. We know that people are more likely to respond to the survey and to answer based on how they truly feel. No PII is collected in the survey, and the analysis is presented thematically. Any risk of individual identification is assessed during the analysis phase and mitigated appropriately.

  • It depends! Your first PX Score will give you a benchmark for where you are now. If you aim to make changes to your parental support systems within a certain timeframe, we recommend you repeat the PX Score process with us following implementation of those changes. An alternative approach is that you complete it every one to two years.

  • The calculation process is proprietary to The Parent Experience. We weight each area of the survey according to expert recommendations based on the potential impact of each area on parents' overall experience in your organisation.

  • The PX survey can be shared with everyone in your organisation. In your survey communication, we recommend that you emphasise the scope and rationale of the research project. This way, those outside the target audience can choose not to complete it.

  • Your PX Score should be included in your organisational scorecard as a KPI. We encourage you to communicate your PX Score to your organisation, along with your key focus areas for improving it. We can also provide a branded badge containing your scope for use as part of your employer brand management.
