The PX process is designed to be a simple, efficient, yet highly focused and impactful piece of research. Designed to be completed within three months, we are happy to work with your timelines wherever possible.
❋ Step 1: Survey.Our proprietary, anonymous survey can be accessed via your own branded, secure, online hub. Share the survey with your organisation and encourage honest, open participation.
❋ Step 2: Analysis.Survey responses are analysed and published to your own branded, secure dashboard. You will receive login credentials for this dashboard when your report is shared with you.
❋ Step 3: Results.Receive your PX Score, report and access to your online results dashboard. Clear and concise recommendations will be shared and discussed with you.
❋ Step 4: Progress.Establish owners, embed recommended actions into your organisation’s plans and include your PX Score in your organisational scorecard. Additional consultancy can be purchased should you need support in a particular area.
❋ Step 5: Repeat.Demonstrate your progress and ongoing commitment with a future PX Score, and repeat the process at a cadence that suits your organisation.
❋ Step 6: Promote.If you’d like to share your PX Score within your employer brand toolkit, we can provide you with a PX-branded asset to show your commitment to being a best-in-class employer for working parents.
